We do not offer refunds unless an item is broken upon arrival. If this occurs, please provide photos of the damaged item, and we can refund or replace your item if it's still available.
If you encounter another issue with your order, such as dissatisfaction with a scent, we are willing to work with you to resolve the problem, such as replacing the item with another scent of equal or lesser value, as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. However, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of $5.00.
To process a return, please send an email to support@crystalskullapothecary.com explaining what is wrong with the item, your order number, and photo proof if there is damage upon arrival.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns and refunds to be processed and sent out.
